Students from all colleges of Seamedu participated, from Pune, Mumbai, Chandigarh and Bengaluru.

The decision to create "Neighbor Trouble VR" was driven because we had the necessary resources to bring a complete VR game to life, felt like a logical step forward.
The inspiration came from the timeless humour and classic gameplay of a beloved title, "Neighbours from Hell."

One of the innovative aspects was empowering users to choose difficulty levels directly from their VR devices, breaking away from the traditional 2D approach. This fresh perspective on user interaction within the VR realm became a distinctive feature of our app.

In our vision, every element within the house could be picked up and manipulated using VR hand remotes, allowing players to create mischief by, for instance, throwing eggs or glue on the ground.
To resolve this, we had to develop a sophisticated system that could track and calculate a player's mischief score, influencing the neighbour's reactions accordingly.
This complex yet rewarding problem-solving process enriched the game's interactive experience.

VR's generally have the potential to cause headaches due to prolonged headset use. To address this, we delved into research papers, seeking solutions such as employing visually friendly colours and adjusting the camera's focal length to minimize discomfort.

We tested the game's controls to ensure a user-friendly experience with VR devices.
Our focus extended to the house design, where every room was carefully crafted to provide unique opportunities for players.
For example, the washroom presented an opportunity to cause mischief by tampering with the plumbing, offering diverse and engaging experiences within the game.

We focused on optimizing the game to run smoothly, and for that, we added a graphic settings page.
A significant enhancement, implemented during the game's development, was the integration of 3D sound.
This allowed players to immerse themselves fully by wearing earphones, moving their heads to locate sounds, and experiencing realistic walking sounds for both the neighbour and his mischievous dog,
